As Enterprise Applications Manager at Thungela Resources, Zanne-Mari was responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the enterprise application suite. Reporting to the Head of Information Management, she played a critical role in ensuring that systems effectively supported business operations, drove performance, and aligned with Thungela's organizational goals.
As an Enterprise Applications Manager for Anglo American, Zanne-Mari led the successful implementation of SAP Fieldglass, a global contractor performance management platform. This involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams, key vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery and achieve programme objectives.
As Business Improvement Manager for Anglo American Thermal Coal, Zanne-Mari oversaw continuous improvement efforts, led improvement projects, optimized processes, managed change, engaged stakeholders and fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement to achieve operational excellence.
