Agile Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of agile projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and product owners.

Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager with a strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Industrial Engineer Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Industrial Engineering student to join our team for a 3-6 month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and challenging environment while contributing to real-world projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis and improvement of production processes.

Conduct time studies and work-sampling studies to identify areas for improvement.

Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, such as 5S and Kaizen events.
